Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 14, 2026. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Figgi. These terms govern your use of our automated web crawler, architecture mapping, PRD generator, and design export tools.

Key Takeaway:You must have proper authorization before targeting websites with Figgi's crawler. You own the documentation, flowcharts, and Figma files generated for your applications. AI-generated PRDs and screen flows should be reviewed by your team prior to engineering deployment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, testing demo workspaces, initiating URL crawls, or utilizing any features provided by Figgi (“Service,” “Figgi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Services & License

Figgi provides automated headless web exploration, visual UI screenshot capture, application topology diagramming, AI-driven product requirements documentation (PRD) generation, vector SVG board generation for Figma Design, and contextual conversational search.

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, Figgi grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal product development, UX research, engineering audits, and design workflows.

3. User Eligibility & Access

You must be at least 16 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use Figgi. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

4. Permitted Use & Crawling Restrictions

Figgi empowers users to analyze web application interfaces. Because automated crawling interacts with third-party web servers, you agree strictly to abide by the following Acceptable Use rules:

A. Target Authorization & Responsibility

You represent and warrant that you own, operate, or have express permission from the owners to inspect, crawl, and capture screenshots of any URL submitted to Figgi. You shall not submit URLs intended to bypass authentication paywalls, violate terms of service of third parties, or extract non-public proprietary systems without consent.

B. Prohibited Activities

  • Executing denial-of-service (DoS) attempts, crawling at excessive flood rates, or overwhelming third-party web infrastructure.
  • Targeting government, banking, military, or healthcare systems containing HIPAA/GLBA protected records.
  • Initiating crawls against websites where automated access or scraping is explicitly forbidden by terms or security controls without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract Figgi's source code or proprietary crawler logic.
  • Submitting malware, malicious links, phishing domains, or exploit payloads into the crawler queue.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Generated Artifacts: As between you and Figgi, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the custom PRDs, flowchart topologies, screen annotations, and Figma Design SVG assets generated from your authorized crawl sessions.

Figgi Platform Rights: Figgi and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the crawler engine, screen relationship mapping algorithms, UI design systems, logos, documentation, and underlying software code.

Third-Party Target Content: Any trademarks, logos, brand names, or copyrighted text rendered on target crawled websites remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Figgi does not claim ownership of third-party public web assets captured during crawl jobs.

6. AI-Generated Outputs & Accuracy

Figgi leverages large language models and computer vision pipelines to synthesize screen hierarchies, PRD specifications, edge cases, and design components.

  • Artificial intelligence outputs are probabilistic by nature and may occasionally include inaccuracies, hallucinations, or misinterpret complex front-end UI components.
  • You agree to review and validate generated PRD requirements, state machines, and technical recommendations before deploying them to production environments.
  • Figgi disclaims any warranty regarding the factual completeness or legal compliance of AI-drafted documents.

7. Third-Party Links & Model Providers

The Service integrates with external services:

  • Target Websites: Figgi does not endorse, control, or assume liability for the content, privacy practices, terms, or availability of any third-party website crawled or linked through our tool.
  • Model Providers: Underlying AI capabilities are serviced through enterprise API providers governed by enterprise zero-retention service agreements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ERROR-FREE CRAWLING PERFORMANCE.

We do not guarantee that our headless crawlers will successfully bypass anti-bot challenges or render every complex dynamic single-page web framework without error.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms, launch abusive automated crawl traffic, or engage in unlawful conduct.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
